Our nursing triage process is designed to get you the most helpful and accurate information for your question or problem without a lot of back and forth.
If you are calling for results, please keep in mind we will call with your result once your provider has reviewed them and has made a plan of care.
Sometimes problem phone calls are discussed with the provider ahead of your receiving a call back, some problems simply may be more appropriate to take directly to a provider before counseling you.
