Our office has recently transitioned to a new electronic medical record platform called Athena Health. Our new patient portal, found here, is a fantastic patient resource and provides a new means of easier and faster communication with our office!  Utilizing the messaging function on the patient portal can get your messages where they need to go and answered without worrying about missing a return phone call!

*If you have not yet received your invitation to the patient portal please call the office with your name, date of birth and preferred email address and we can get that sent to you. It’s possible you already received one during the transition but may not have known it was for our office.   

*If any other healthcare office you or any of your dependents use also utilize this portal it will seamlessly link your account for easier access to all the healthcare information you’re looking for!
